Manchester
is torn apart as the vigilante known only as The Boxer bludgeons
through the cities criminal element, leaving a trail of broken bodies in
his wake. An army of drug addicts, under the messianic leadership of
The Needler, terrorize the city. The police are powerless to stop them.
The line between good and evil blurs into one as both factions battle
for the soul of the city.
